Emergency Plumber in Caroline Springs

Burst pipes, major leaks and no water — fast call-outs across the western suburbs when it cannot wait.

Plumbing emergencies do not keep business hours. A burst pipe under the slab, a hot water unit letting go overnight, or a blocked sewer backing up into the shower — every one of them gets worse the longer it runs.

Ring me directly and you speak to the plumber who will be doing the work, not a call centre. I am based in Caroline Springs, so for most of the western suburbs I am close by. I will talk you through shutting the water off at the meter while I am on my way, which alone can save you thousands in water damage.

I arrive with a fully stocked van and, in the vast majority of cases, fix the problem in the one visit rather than leaving you with a temporary patch and a second call-out fee.

Give me a call if you notice

  • Water pooling or running with no obvious source
  • No water pressure anywhere in the house
  • Sewage smell, or waste backing up into a shower or floor waste
  • A hot water unit dumping water or making banging noises
  • The smell of gas — leave the property and call the gas emergency line first

Emergency Plumbing

Common questions

What should I do before the plumber arrives?

Turn the water off at the meter — usually a tap at the front boundary of the property. For a hot water leak, also close the isolation valve on the cold inlet at the unit. If you smell gas, do not touch any switches, get everyone outside, and ring the gas emergency line on 132 771 before you ring me.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

You get a price before I start, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Ring me and I will explain exactly what the job will cost.

Still not sure? Ring Jeff on 0434 332 619 — happy to answer a question over the phone for free.
