Bathroom, Kitchen & Laundry Renovation Plumbing
Rough-in and fit-off for renovations — coordinated with your builder or tiler so the job never stalls.
Renovation plumbing is two visits with a lot of other trades in between. The rough-in puts every pipe and waste exactly where it needs to be before the walls close up, and the fit-off installs the tapware, the toilet and the shower once the tiling is done.
Get the rough-in wrong and the mistake is behind tiles by the time anybody notices. I set out from your actual plan and the actual fittings you have chosen — mixer heights, shower rail positions, waste locations, the lot — so the fit-off day is uneventful.
I work in with builders, tilers and waterproofers and I turn up when I said I would. Nothing costs a renovation more than a trade that does not show, because everyone booked behind them has to move too.

Common questions
When do you need to come during a renovation?
Twice, normally. Rough-in happens after demolition and framing but before sheeting and waterproofing. Fit-off happens after tiling. I will give you both dates up front so your other trades can be booked around them.
Can you move where the toilet or shower goes?
Usually yes, though moving a toilet is the one that needs the most thought — the waste needs adequate fall to the existing sewer connection, and on a slab that can mean cutting concrete. I will tell you what is realistic before you commit to a layout.
